Who is Mark Woods?
Mark Woods has been around the fitness industry for more than 12 years. He started out in his hometown in Ireland and eventually brought his fitness ideals and credentials to Canada 8 years ago. He’s worked at the largest clubs Toronto has to offer and has consistently been a top-performing coach at all of them.
”I believe in order to help people achieve their goals, you have to teach them that there is an athlete inside them. All I do is bring that athlete out.”
Mark Woods has an all-around approach to fitness, coordination, athleticism strength and power, he believes that with the proper programming the aesthetics will come over time. There are no quick diets, or meal hacking, every client gets a personalized plan for a healthy lifestyle that can be managed for years beyond training with Mark.

I always feel invigorated and stronger after my sessions with Mark. Mark got me to the point where I enjoy exercising and getting sweaty. He helps me achieve my goals by setting up targeted programs, and keeping them fresh as I progress.
