Personal Training
Custom plans are designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. We set realistic expectations so you don’t get discouraged and reassess all plans on a 6-8 week basis.
Group Training
Consistency is key on the journey to a healthy active life. If you don’t already have people holding you accountable, the community aspect of group classes is a great way to start.
Nutrition
You can’t outwork a bad diet, that’s why for all my clients, nutrition is a key focus. Depending on your goals, I’m happy to advise to the best of my ability or point you to professionals for anything outside my wheelhouse.
Boxing
As a certified Ontario Level 1 Boxing Coach I run group boxing classes as well as 1-on-1 sessions focused entirely on boxing training. If you’re interested in Boxing specific training reach out and we can pick up your training from any point.
